Perfect for me as I live in a flat, however the inlaws returned theirs for the edges and stairs reason.
Heat for the price

You could use a Gtech multi for the rest. :|

I have one! Wouldn't be without it.I have a Sebo for a "normal"Hoover so I do edges with that.G-tech is surprisingly powerful for a cordless Hoover and at this price it's a bargain!!

Isn't this the older model?

The AR02 is the 'old, discontinued' model, the latest is the MK 2,

We have a Dyson and our daughter just bought the Gtech as advertised. We loaned it to compare and the dust out of our carpet that it collected was unbelievable, so we just bought one and will use the Dyson for the car

The Aro2 is not discontinued. It's still being sold according to Gtech. The other model is bigger and the rolls Royce.

I can't find the AR02 on the gtech website, only the Mk2.

The cleaner where I work uses one of these and the noise out of it is deafening, does no one else experience the same levels of audible discomfort when using one?

Could you not just ask her to be quiet?

I have one and it's not too bad, wouldn't say it's great though. The handheld one that comes with it is terrible, it lost suction very quick. I find myself cleaning the filter all the time to try and get it working again.

Bought a dyson v6 recently and it's far better than this. Hopefully the dyson doesn't lose suction over time.

As long as it doesn't come with that pesky dog leaving it's hair everywhere

Tried that but she just keeps yapping on.

This is the older model. It's basically just a powerful carpet sweeper - works well in our bungalow, but not much use with bigger bits of dirt on the kitchen floor (we have messy cats), doesn't really suck, it just spins the dirt into the bin, and catapults the bigger bits along the floor.

This or Vax Cordless Slim Vac Pet 22.2V?
