The only problem with these is the 12min run time for a 16hr charge, can't complain about the price though.
#20
Might be handier than the large Karcher vacuum I have now!
#21

I see you get 12min run time from a charge but I cannot seem to see how long a charge is ??
#28
Cheers OP, got to be worth a go. Most of the house is carpeted but dogs stay in the kitchen and they leave lots of hair and dog food crumbs on the hard vinyl loor every day so this will save the noisy Dyson from being used all the time!

#32
just gone up to £23.90 so needs expiring

I bought this when it was on offer a few months back for this price and it is brilliant! Charge it for 16 hours the first time and then subsequent charges are 12 hours.(Never charge for over 24 hours as it may damage battery). I think it lasts longer than 12 mins. I previously had a Unirapido by Electrolux but it cost £79.99 and bits were falling off when I had to take the rotating brush off to clean (& these bits got lost so it stopped rotating) & then even though it said to keep on permanent charge it only worked for about 2 minutes. This is brilliant when you've got kids and dogs. Excellent for pet hair. (Only works on hard floors and short carpet pile). I use it nearly every day and only charge about once or twice a week.

Is it even possible to damage a modern battery by 'over-charging' it?

Got one of these. With a 4 year old & a 1 year old its great after they've eaten, which involves half the dining room floor being covered in crumbs & bits!

Also got cats, now instead of using the Dyson daily we use this & just run the Dyson once a week.

If you have hard flooring, pets or young kids then this is ideal.

After the first charge, do you just keep it on constant charge or how long do i charge it for? Thanks
