Nice deal.
I already think the Guardian offers great value.
The saturday edition may be £1.50 but always provides me with between 5 to 10 hours of decent intelligent reading each week. (I've just finished this weeks!)
Highly recommended.

Good deal for the 'Guardian readers' !! Although I'm sure a lot of them wouldn't like to admit they read it!

They were giving these away at Kings Cross this morning too, in a nice little plastic wallet. Handy, as I needed a new Oyster Card wallet anyway.

Thanks for the find, have just registered, now I'll have some decent reading at a sensible price:)

They were giving these away at London Bridge this morning too. Not a Guardian reader myself, so the vouchers went to a colleague, but they represent a good saving. Also came in a nice 'Oyster' style plastic wallet :-)

It's quite easily the best national newspaper we have in the UK. I'm never going to buy a paper owned by Murdoch, the Independent has become almost as sensationalist as the Mail, and you can't read the telegraph until you're 70 years old. Not only that, but since the redesign, the Guardian's design and page layout is leagues ahead of any other paper; I can't look at another paper without thinking how poorly designed it is.

It'll happily "admit" to reading the Guardian, because it is clearly the best newspaper we have.

Couldn't agree more, the Guardian is a fantastic read.

40p off Monday - Friday ???

does this mean the paper will be FREE?

how much does the Gaurdian normally cost Mon-Fri?
#17
Thank you. Registered and await for my vouchers. Didn't The/Sunday Times do something similar last year? Just wondering if they might follow the guardian's lead... Heat added.
#18
Voted cold. Toilet paper comes cheaper and more comfortable than this.
#19
thanks!

80p weekday. I think these vouchers are the equivalent of 1/2 the newspaper price.

My friendly newsagent lets me cash these in for any newspaper.

Too true, in the form of the Mail or the Telegraph.

These vouchers are unlikely to be able to be used at university shops.

Thank you. Was registered on the guardian online anyway - just had to give a few more details.

Why? I have no problems in admitting that I read an intelligent newspaper. I'm lot more shy of admitting that I browse through the tabloids from time to time! Complete garbage that I still sometimes reluctantly sucuumb to!

I love the Guardian. I also watch More 4, BBC2 and BBC4.
#32
Thanks for this - voted hot.
#33
