Guessing they take payment immediately on this one.
Shame, I'd planned to buy this with next month's wage...
Don't think so, i bought all of them mainly for the reason it was free to play and decent.
It doesn't have a fee, and all in game transactions are cosmetic and don't give huge advantages.
When I tried to order GW2 from Greenman I still didn't get the option to change the delivery address with an explanation that they needed successfull receipt of an order, but I continued anyway and got "unable to complete your order, please contact your payment provider".
My card support say they can't see any request and didn't refuse any payment. So I tried with a different card and got the same message "unable to complete your order, please contact your payment provider". Looking in Greenman's forum, I'm not alone in this.
Sainsbury's entertainment have this for £29.99....... which is the next best price I can see.

Edited as I managed to order after all
I found a forum post that explained that Greenman's site was very "sensitive" to script blockers so instead of my usual Firefox browser, I re-tried with Internet Explorer, the checkout page displayed a little differently (I had to click the Credit Card option) and the transaction went through.
It doesn't explain why my first digital purchase worked as I used Firefox and the credit card for that one.....

System requirements
Windows XP Service Pack 2 or better
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0 GHz, Core i3, AMD Athlon 64 X2 or better
NVIDIA GeForce 7800, ATI Radeon X1800, Intel HD 3000 or better (256MB of video RAM and shader model 3.0 or better)
25 GB available HDD space
Broadband Internet connection
Keyboard and mouse[2]
It's not too demanding but would certainly benefit from as much grunt as possible.
