I saw this in Sainsbury's a few days back but can't really see the appeal for it. Men won't be interested in a gravy boat and women won't be interested in a gravy boat with guiness logo all over it!

Yep, it may not be your cup of gravy, but others will like it. Guinness has a strong following and their 'collectables' are very popular, with some of the rarer 'antique' Guinness advertising items fetching very high prices.

How about some steak and ale or (in this case) steak and stout (Guinness!) gravy poured over some tender steak? MMMMMMmmmmmmmm, lurvely!

We got one Thursday night when shopping. It will be gracing our table on Christmas day, and looks great. Nice large capacity too!
