Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock, including wireless Les Paul guitar controller.

£44.97 delivered with Super Saver or Prime for the PS3/Xbox 360 versions.

Considering the Aerosmith version is selling at about £65, and World Tour is still a few months away, I think this is a pretty good deal - just bought one for my friend's birthday!

..also just noticed the guitar's are still £65 on their own, so even more saving!

What sort of proof do you need to get your student discount???

Would my college card be sufficient? or do i need a proper NUS card?

got it from Tescos last night and i'm going to sell it, find it all a bit boring after a while and to be any good you have to be well .... young cos your reactions will be finely tuned. Good for kids but not for a grown man !

Another oldish git here...Well I got it on my Ps2 (2nd hand from CEX for £38, with wireless guitar)... I loved it for a few days cos about half the tunes are really good (for me especially Stone Roses, Sonic Youth, Rolling Stones etc). Now I am 35 and had had a disastrious go in HMV on the big screen there, cos I didnt know what I was doing, so I really wanted to get this game, it sort of got in to my head I guess. Anyways like I said on easy level I felt like a guitar genius, then came medium level and flip its Very difficult. Having to use an extra button knocked me sideways; I progressed a bit, but have just sold it back to CEX for £25 credit. I think its a great game, but think its true that the reactions it takes is for the under 30's... I also found after playing for a bit my sight would get a bit messed up, watching the dots fly down the screen led to me then seeing everything floating upwards for a bit afterwards, odd but psychedelic maaan:whistling:........................... But a great gaming experience and this is a hot deal.

Thanks! Been after this for ages - been chasing HMV and Tesco for months now

wtf I noticed that the DLC for motorhead has no Ace Of Spades. Suddenly its not worthy of 500 points.

GH controllers work with Rock Band, but not the other way round. :)

Great for use as a second controller / bass guitar if RB is your thing!

Aaaggghhh, 2 days after I said I wasn't buying any more games! :-D Been waiting ages for GH to come down under £50, missed it at Tesco so I'll be having this!
#22
