I'll have to try that flavour on your recommendation...

for anyone who is now wondering what dulce de leche is, i googled it and it is condensed milk boiled in a can which makes a sweet caramel, i remember seeing it on a tv program and it looked pretty dangerous to make!
#5
ive tried every flavour there so far, except 4 Belgian chocolate (cuz dont like chocolate) and Limited Edition Mascarpone, Passion Fruit & Truffles which i cannot find!

REALLY recommend:Cookies & Cream Ice Cream and Pralines & Cream Ice Cream

all better than ben+jerry equivalents but where there is no close match ben and jerrys is more fun
passionfruit+truffle is nice if a bit odd
#9
I have had a tub of this since last night, was too lush to put down!

I agree that the Dulce de Leche is very nice. My girlfriend is from Argentina where practically every dessert or cake is covered in Dulce de Leche and she enjoyed it...
#11

The thing with premium Ice cream is they artificially inflate the price, this stuff spends that much time at £2 it's obvious they still make a healthy profit at the so called cut price. The same goes for Carte Dor, Ben & Jerry's etc.

It's BS guys, wake up and smell the coffee!

Time to make a hasty retreat before the handbags start flying! :p

after careful sampling and consideration i would have to say praline is best but thats not to say i wont be trying all flavours again (just to be sure)
#20
I think praline is my fav too, but dulce is good too. I hadn't googled it, I figured it was caramel from the carton.

£2-£2.50 is about the right price for this stuff, but I do appreciate teh difference in a premium ice cream (it's not full of air).
