youre right 90% is stunned. whereas kosher is 100% not stunned. is it cruel. eating any meat is cruel isnt it why people worry about the last 90 seconds of life is very odd, if they truly care about the welfare of animals they wouldnt be eating them at all.

To all of you complaining that Kosher and Halal killing is cruel, you really have no idea what goes on in a "normal" abattoir where all of the non-Kosher and non-Halal meat is slaughtered?

Ask Mr Google, you might be unpleasantly surprised.

I think you missed one line from your post.
Almost all animals suffer from cruel and unusual punishment during their slaughter.

It always makes me laugh when people go on about halal food being cruel, then happily have a takeaway where 99% of the meat is halal.

Also 3 for £4 in Tesco.

My kids love this, only use it while out though as it gives them proper smelly nappies!

These were in Lidl for 85p. Maybe a bad batch, but I personally can't recommend them. :/ They went straight in the bin - very sour and just weird tasting..

I very much doubt that to be true. The reality is takeway places will very likely source it's meat from the absolute cheapest supplier....Halal or otherwise

I've been on this site for a few years. got a few deals, posted a few. just helped a dude get a free xbox game by emailing him pic I'd used for argos. no idea who where what religion he is or was, don't care, don't need to know. as far as I'm concerned he was a fellow deal hunter.

anyone who has a baby knows this is actually a cracking deal and my non Muslim friends even like aishas kitchen food as it's has more flavours than Ella's and the others.

what still amazes me about this site is

1) why people want to be anti Muslim/ racist and yes going off on one about halal food without knowing anything about is exactly that, trust me it's how you make us Muslims feel

2) why do my fellow Muslims knowing that there's Muslim haters on the site put up these deals

3) what on earth are the MODS doing?

Just look at local takeaway menus and you will see that 99% of them only sell halal certified meat.

Do you honesty take everything at face value & believe everything you read?

OK....

Look at it this way. What do you think the response would be from the muslim community toward a muslim run kebab shop that didn't openly display a halal certification or have a massive sign in the window denoting 'Halal food'.

Take a wild guess.
