Great collection. The 360 version is supposed to be a much better port but I've found this to be perfectly playable, so ignore the fanboy comments stating otherwise.
Paid £9.99 for this new from Play.com over a year ago though, still a great price, probably worth it for Portal alone imo. Cast iron classic.

Good price on ps3, I played the PC version of HL2 though to the end. I was stunned by the physics - I might by just to re-live thinks!

Orange Box is still worth £30 in my books, incredible stuff.

But beware I hear the PS3 version was a pretty poor conversion from the PC code and suffers for it.

May have been fixed since launch but was a real issue when this came out.

Got it on the PC and also the xbox 360 heat added

Brilliant price just to play Portal and HL2 if you never have before.
#6
cracking game, hours of fun
#7

Hardly think its fanboyism. It's renowned for having bad frame rate issues; even Gabe said they didn;t have a handle on the ps3 then

Meh. Don't think this (or the 360 version) have been updated in a while and online games (TF2) suffer because of it because of exploits etc. Still if your PC isn't capable of playing it then pick it up by all means.

Superb all of them

Plays much better on PC. If you've got a half decent pc then It wouldn't be very smart to ignore.

I personally enjoyed playing Half Life on PC so much more than playing on the xbox 360. I've only seen youtube video's demonstrating the PS3 version - It's playable and no more - that's not a good thing!!

Shame though as half life is possibly my favourite game of all time...

I played through all the Half Life 2 episodes and Portal on the PS3 version of this. Its a fantastic package and i dont see why people are saying its barely playable. I never had any issue that made it stand out from any other FPS i've had on the PS3. I ebayed my copy but have regretted doing so since. I would be tempted to get it again if i saw it going for this price locally just to get Portal back. Im not sure ive got the stamina to go through HL2 again though! Its hoooooge!
