Just seen this in the paper. Berberana Carta De Plata Red and Berberana Carta De Plata White are better than half price at £3 per bottle. No need to buy 3 to get the deal, buy 1 or as many as you want.

I am a wine drinker and I KNOW THESE SUPERMARKET WINE DEALS are normally trashy, disgusting wines but the red is very smooth and pleasurable to drink, can't say I've tried the white but will be doing so now.

This only seems to be in store, not online.

Any particular reason for the cold votes.

Wine's for snobs? You prefear cheap larger on a park bench? Maybe it doesn't go well with your microwave burger and chips from Farm Foods perhaps. Then again, you might think this wine is below you, and didn't even bother to read what I wrote about it.

A reason would be nice you complete a*se holes GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

It's not bad. It's often in the 3 for £10 deals (which now seem to be 3 for £12 in Tesco) and to be honest, this is one of the better ones that get put in that deal, so for £3, it's a good price, so I'll vote hot for that reason (because it certainly shouldn't go cold).

It doesn't compare to the wines that are currently in the 3 for £10 deal at ASDA though, with Faustino VII, Berbera and Campaneo in the range.

Don't forget guys, you get points with Berberana wines (1 point per bottle printed on the inside of the foil on the neck) which you can save up for various things like money off, deals and wine tasting weekend breaks at 4/5 star hotels in Spain (starting at 30 points)... Have a look at the Berberana website for more details...

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

I don't think cleaning the bogs counts as working for a national news paper, nor do Peter Andre and Katie Price stories. I'm pretty sure Tesco can't just print an advert and then say it's a lie!!! I mean, who are you trying to convince here? They might try it on with some weak mug but if it says it's £3 in a national news paper, then I'm getting it for £3 a bottle. HAHAHAHA

Mate, I've shown paper ads to lacking store's managers before, and I pay the offer price 100% of the time. You end up paying the ticket price on something you only wanted to pay the advertised price on, then you need to grow a pair.

Uhhhhh, you might have a point, but it's worth it... I'm sure you'll find a correlation of a greater concentration of brain cells amongst wine drinkers than non wine drinkers, I mean, it's good for your health in moderation.

You don't have to be a brain surgeon to know that this isn't a cold deal...

what you'll find is adverts in newspapers are supplied by outside agencies not tesco or the paper tesco will give a brief to the agency who then pass on the ad to the paper dont know which papers you read in your little dream world but as i know nothing about you i wont try and guess as you also know nothing about me but try to suggest which position i have in the work place. your cleaner must be good though because the amount of people that you make sick with you higher than mighty attitude. must be very busy. go buy your wine and with what you save buy yourself a new colouring book obviously the real world is beyond you.

You're so full of your self mate. I'm probably the 1 millionth deal poster to go troppo over the cowardly cold voters brigade. You just get a bit sick of sad little people who are cold vote button happy and have never posted a single deal themselves - this is their kick apparently!

Well, I'm just off to print an advert for a Ferrari sale at Polor Fords in Manchester - £5.99 each... It's a total lie but apparently it's a perfectly legal practice which happens all the time!!!!!! Nothing wrong with colouring books; I'll need a green pen to colour in the picture of your face though.

:3:3:3:3:3:3:3:3 - They were posted after the Hot UK Deal's very own Mensa group had passed through hitting the blue button like baboons playing with a tyre, mate.

Yeah, I've lost my cool and gone slightly over the top, but it's like you said, you have to wonder why a £3 bottle of Berberana has been voted cold? Apparently it's a secret that non of the cold voters want to share with us!

This place congregates misers who take much pleaseure in being grumpy and ungrateful; pressing the blue button gives them far more pleasure than pressing the red one, and tonight, I just had enough of it.

Maybe we should all keep the good deals to ourselves, becasue there are so many undeserving people on this site who are only prepared to take, take, take....

Grow up nothing mate, it's nonsical just like your £3 OFF rubbish. Read the add I pictured and posted, it's £3 a bottle. Now, if you want to pay more just to cut your nose off to spite your face, then please, be my guest... Post the deal... I've posted the advert and your argument is it's a lie paid for by someone who print ads in papers without Tesco's knowing!?!?!?... Jog on mate, please... Pride is just an excuse for cowards who cannot admit when they're wrong.

I went into Tesco today and bought a bottle.
I hadn't seen this deal on HUKD, I just thought I'd take a chance.
Here's the strange thing, in Tesco it clearly states £3 off, making it £3.29 a bottle but it checked out at £3 per bottle so I think the advert must be right and someone at Tesco has knocked up wrong price labels.
Anyway, I'll give it a try tonight and see what it tastes like.
Wish me luck.
Oh, and hot from me. Nothing wrong with the OP insulting a few people. It's good fun.

LOL, my kind of guy, ya big knob head ;)

Jacob's Creek is very quofable I think at any time, even more so when it's on the 3 for a tenner, but I think this has a bit more character going for it... has a bit more to shout about, so I'm sure you will enjoy it. It's definetly in a far, far different league to Andrew 'horse' Peace or the cheap Wolf 'breath' Blass and the like!! :)

Well, I'm halfway through my bottle and it's ok.
It's not the greatest wine in the world but believe me, it's far from the worst. And I should know because I've drank some horrible old **** in my time and most of it cost more than 3 quid a bottle.
I'll probably pop down to Tesco and pick up a dozen bottles. I'll use them as 2nd bottles on nights when one bottle won't do. By the 2nd bottle it doesn't matter too much if they're not the finest wine you've ever had.

Had some of the white delivered with groceries yesterday, paid £3.29 a bottle. Tried it last nite LOVELY !!

It says expired but I have just returned from Tesco where I bought another 3 bottles of the red and they were still £3 a bottle.

I found your comments when looking for reviews for this wine.
You all seem very argumentative ha ha. Just to let you know there is a good offer on at the moment, I'm going to buy some to try.
Was £36.96 per case
Now £17.10 per case
Equivalent to £2.85 per bottle
You save £19.86 per case

The white is a little on the bland side, but not a bad price for an ok table plonk!
