Good Price , but the bottles are 1.25 litres.

Sorry, my mistake! Still better value than buying a couple of cans!

£1 for 2L in Asda, so whats better for value for money?

Very reasonable price.

In response to your question ninj4z, the Sains 1.25L for 67p works out at 13.4p per 250ml serving, while the £1 2L bottle in Asda works out at 12.5p - so the Asda deal is the best - just!

Well, if you don't mind, (or like me prefer), Pepsi, Lidl are doing 2x2litres for £1.50.

Depends on how much you need. These are carbonated drinks so once opened they need to be used quickly or they go flat. If you can't use 2 litres (any 2 litre bottle we buy usually ends up with half a litre wasted down the sink) then the smaller quantities work out the better buy.Especially if you have two, one stays sealed and retains its CO2. If you waste half a litre of a 2 litre bottle, a 250ml serving becomes 16.7p.

1.25 litre is a really handy family size bottle.

Lol ok then....ninj4z asked which was better value for money, so I explained. Going on your theory, you could say a 250ml serving will cost 53p if you knock over the bottle and waste a litre of it - the possibilites are endless. But yes I do agree it's a good size in terms of not letting it go flat.

This has been on offer for at least 2 weeks and has been posted before but has been expired for some reason?

http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/381766/1-25-litres-of-coke-coke-zero-diet-/

As it's been on offer for 2 or 3 weeks i suspect it will end soon anyway

Yeah, suggesting buying smaller quantities of something that degrades quickly once opened, given the relatively small differential in price. Wow, what a nerd he must be.

I like the 1.25L bottles, they're perfect for a day at work - the 2L bottles are too much, so I end up bringing flat, warm Coke home with me. Yum. Not a waste of money at all.

That said, it was mentioned a while ago here - I've got about 20 bottles stocked up so far :)
