half price P20 suncream £6.32

Was in my local tesco yesterday and they had all their suncreams half price.

So what I here you say, suncream is always half price somewhere. But Not p20. Mr T has got the 100ml bottles for £6.32. This stuff is the best, you apply it once in the morning and thats you all day - no matter how many times your in and out the pool.

I've never paid less than £10 for 100ml, so this is a brilliant price.

This stuff is brilliant - it was on sale at Costco the other day for £14ish for 200ml, but this would obviously be cheaper at Tesco...and clubcard points too!

Will be heading to Tesco tonight to check it out.

Heat and rep added, thanks

Just remember that suncream goes off, and fairly rapidly, so don't stock up for the summer :)

Taken from nhs direct website:

Sun cream has a shelf-life of 2-3 years, as long as it's not stored at high temperatures or in direct sunlight. So, make sure you pop it in your beach bag or cool box on the beach, and don't leave it lying around in your car.

Remember you should never use sun cream after the use-by date because you won't be protected from the sun's harmful rays.

If you're holidaying abroad, make sure you check the SPF (sun protection factor) on your sun cream is equivalent to what you use at home. If in doubt, choose a sun cream with a higher SPF so that you don't burn. Cancer Research UK suggest sticking to sun cream that's SPF 15 or more

So i think buying it in April for the summer is absolutely fine. Anyway the stuff you'd probably buy in July has more than likely been in the shop since now .

Great stuff this. It's more like an oil than a cream but it really does work. Used in Rhodes last year in nearly 50 degrees heat playing 6 days golf and never burned. Even works after being in the pool/Sea.

Especially good for whit (not white .. whit!) people, as fair skin can burn easily. My GF swears by this stuff lol.

This stuff is brill. And it goes on so easy - not greasy, slimy or flaky. And you can swim without it washing off.

We've used this every year and use it on our kids who play in and out in the water all day, never get burnt and it doesn't need reapplying if you wait for 10 minutes once put on before going into the water. Also the new improved one (clearer liquid) doesn't actually stain like the old one used to! I won't use anything else on my kids even at £20 per 200ml I see it as a great suncream.

My kids come back the same colour they went out which should be the case when you've got young kids. They shouldn't be getting a 'tan' at this age so worth the money whether £6 or £20. Voted hot!

We have used P20 in the past and although it works well as a day long sunscreen I found it very oily and it stains everything!!! The kids don't like it either.

We use Piz Buin One day now and it is much better. Goes on more like a normal sun lotion, smell nicer and doesn't stain.

Just noticed this - probably better now than when I last used it then

The only thing I would add is that my daughter has eczema and it stings like crazy if you catch a sore patch!

Home Bargains do Calypso C20 all day suncream can`t remember the price but it was about £5 for a 200ml bottle.
