No idea how much panettone normally costs but I'm going hot for the pure middle class nature. Let's not forget you will get a free coffee in store as well!

Just spent 20 mins in a traffic jam to discover they are full price at my local store. It does say half price on the web-site though ..

Produced in Italy so obviously shipped from there. Now we need a taste expert to compare Lidl's panetone guessing produced in Germany under italian fanchise/licensing

I'm up for it! Not an expert but certainly love doing taste tests (and at £4.50, it's a good comparison to Lidl's £3.99?).
