Half Price Thorntons Chocolates 621g Was £12.00 Now £6.00 @ Tesco

I know this was posted a few weeks ago but i was in-store my local Tesco (Blackburn) today, and they had two shelves full so i'm guessing its back on everywhere ..

Would be ideal to put away for the festive season or gifts.

96p/100gramms? Sounds very cheap for Thorntons chocolates!
fantastic buy, been this price for a while. picked some up last month for my mom

    great value and great price

    heat added
Oh fab had these last time :-) thank you
bought these as a birthday gift last month, box is enormous
Tesco ad been on advertising these so must be a nationwide deal - heat added
    whats the date on these?
Seems a great price for that amount of chocolate unless the use by date is before the end of 2009.

These are a great buy, they've ran the offer on/off since they got all their Christmas stuff in ridiculously early ... the date on them is certainly better than end of 2009 I'm sure.

Seen the advert on the TV last night ... as an earlier poster said 96p/100g is a great price for Thorntons Chocolates. :santa:

Might go get a couple of boxes ... can either give them as a present, and if not I'm sure they'll get devoured in the house!
Good price but IMO thorntons chocolates are hugely over rated and the ones in these boxes taste anti climactic considering the reputation of the company. Give me Lindt any day over these. Heat added as it's an individual taste thing I suppose.
Can also confirm. Bought several of these a month ago for xmas pressies for work colleagues. Hoped they would think I spent more money than usual this year and wouldn't have seen the deal, but its still going and now the advert has been on the telly! Damn!

Expiry on the ones I bought were May 2010.
