Half price wheel alignment at National with the attached voucher.

Normally costs £28 at most garages, so bit of a bargain!

Might come in handy with all these pot holes around! Shame I didnt see it a few weeks ago as had to pay £28

If they check to see if it needs doing for free........

"oh yes sir - your tracking is definitely out and needs adjusting at £14"

be careful folks !

On the other hand, if it does need doing and you ignore it, you could end up needing new tyres.

Theres a few basic checks you can do before if you really wish - Check to see if one tyre is wearing quicker then the other and also if you car pulls to one side.
Also if you car judders at certain speeds - Indications that your tracking may be out.

£14 is much better then £28. I had mine done at Kwik Fit before I saw this voucher and they took me into the garage and showed me how the tracking was out and explained the system they were using.

lol
I think mine needs doing so I'm gonna get this done when they service my car in a couple of weeks

Wait for them to find other things "dangerously wrong" with your car while they do the tracking (e.g. brakepads, discs, shock absorbers) that they will insist need doing there and then otherwise it's illegal for you to drive away.

hmm I hope youre wrong.
Ive heard so many bad things about National but I'm using clubcard vouchers to get the service done and they are the only ones on the list.

They have a 'duty of care' to inform you of defects, but they cannot stop you leaving with your car, they may make you sign something showing you knew the risks and off you go. Just make sure you have done your research before you go - 1.6mm minimum tread depth etc etc.... and just ask them to explain. If that fails ask to watch them adjust it that usually puts them off any funny business.

does any one know if this is 2 wheel or 4 wheel alignment?

Good point, but I'm ok as my car just passed it's MOT 3 days ago so they can't pull a stunt like this on me (but they will probably try, lol).

Thanks to OP for sharing this, printed out and will use in the next few days. Heat added.

I would like to know this as well, need full 4 wheel alignment. Was planning on getting the proper laser jobbie but might be worth paying these guys a visit if its for all 4

Had a quick google and seem they dont do a "proper" 4 wheel alignment using discount vouchers, ah well will just have to go to a specialist and get it done properly

I've found the National Tyres place in Sheffield city centre to be good value and quite dependable - They generally offer a reduction on their 1st quotation, particularly if you mention a lower quotation from elsewhere, and they insist on calling you "Sir". And, you can leave your car there all day while you're at work or doing some shopping nearby. Often you can just turn up and get a job done on the spot as it's not a well known branch, being hidden near a bus-only road near the Moor.

Also, if you go to their website you'll see similar discount vouchers for a host of other services, too.

haha, being very naive in this kind a question they done for my stepdad this alignment for £14 aswell. oh why the older generation mostly appeal to an"autority" opinion

Expired, already posted here with other vouchers too - http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/605314/various-printable-discount-voucher-:)
