their website still seems slow and rubbish, was terrible at christmas and seems like they haven't done much to fix it.

Just done an order (£25) and postage and packaging was free, oh and used the 10% voucher too

Well in response to where does it say Monday count 7 days back from Bank Holiday which is irrelavant as reports are coming that it's working anyway. And to the slow webpage speed.... Tell me about i! :)

It's very hit and miss whether they have anything decent,i can't see one thing i want to buy at the moment:?

I've not had a problem with their CS though:thumbsup:

Arr but have you had to return anything of value ? it took them 4 months to pick up a faulty tv we bought from them. No contact by phone only emails takes 5 days sometimes for a reply also they said they send a courier to pick up 7 times when i was in and waiting and not once did a courier turn up its was a very bad experience and i will never use them again also you cannot deal with emails only it does not work its poor customers service.

I had them pick up a faulty item,yes.

HDN picked it up,i didn't have any problem,seems you were unlucky.

I'd agree 100% with this. We were lied to repeatedly about an order being despatched last Christmas. Took almost 4 months to get our money back and then only because we put a claim into Visa and the goods were never even in stock.

Worst company we have ever dealt with.

placed a large order a few weeks back, 1st order with them. they use hdnl for couriers, so huge mistake there! order arrived in dribs and drabs. ALL items are only what I can class as seconds, it is not half cost, it is half the quality!

I tried to order on Sunday night but it wasnt free delivery So i didnt bother checking out.
