Nope. Ok for kids playing in the garden though.

Are you asking or suggesting "good for festivals"
if asking no way should you think about using this at festivals for many reasons but perfectly fine in the garden

Great for festivals, the Aventura 2 Man Dome Tent with porch provides some extra storage space which is particularly useful for storing those muddy wellies. The dome design has a single skin, making pitching really easy so you have more time to spend enjoying the festival.

And as soon as it rains everything inside will be wet. If you want a decent festival tent it must be dual skin. Buy a second hand Eurohike tent off eBay they can be bought for peanuts.

I can't imagine a great festival being held in that tent.

It'll be fine for a festival if the weather forecast is dry, do any uk festival have a dry weekend, unlikely..

A dual skin does not increase the waterproof factor does it? It reduces the condensation.

I can't imagine such a cheap tent will be truly waterproof, but that's not a second skin issue.

Agreed, I had one for a festival and condensation after a night's sleep is terrible in these things. I went through the loads of kitchen towel mopping it up (and had to buy more from the on-site shop)

think of a large tunnel tent, internal sleeping pod (internal skin) at one end, the rest of the tent is one waterproof layer, does that end leak....no, the sleeping pod is there so you aren't touching the sides all night transferring water

the hh isn't great but I'm sure it would keep you dry as long as it's been made correctly, for the money.....I only do sewn in groundsheet ;)

This tent is dreadful. Not big enough for one 5'11 guy to camp in for a week and leaked horrifically in the corners where the seams are. Condensation is a big issue too, but you don't really mind that when it's already soaking inside.

Thats the point about a single skin not only will this be useless at keeping the rain out the biggest problem is the condensation in the morning already in your tent.

Have had a single skin tent in the past. It was very easy to put up and while dry was great. When the rain started it was like Chinese water torture and I ended up sleeping in the car. Could not recommend a single skin tent but will not vote hot or cold on deal OP.
