    one of the best deals I've ever seen. purchased some cheap sockets recently intending to get a small car tool kit together. Can't find a ratchet for that price!
    already own the big set, plenty of use, exchanged a couple of pieces effortlessly.

    ha! typical. Just picked up my order from in store today when bought at the slightly higher price (not worth the effort to return though). Guy in the store (stockport) said they had been overwhelmed with orders and also confirmed it was a quality set.

    I already own this set and full Bahco set but 10 quid I'm gets me a little more flexibility and I can tell you this set is bullet proof. Highly recommend even for professionals.

    Rarely use a socket set but for a tenner, for a range of tools I hear all good stuff about, it's a no brainer. I'll probably take the kids bikes apart and put them back together again to justify buying the set.

    Don't need it, have three 1/4" sets, a 1/2" set and enough sockets, ratchets and bits to make another two sets. In 40 years of trade and diy I've never found the need for a 3/8" set so at £12.50 I avoided the temptation - but at £10.62 I've caved in and reserved one

    The halfords stuff is excellent quality

    Yeah I'd get it at 127.50. Last black friday I think the best deal was 135 for the 200 set and a screwdriver set (maybe?) so considering you can get the screwdrivers for less then 7.50, there'd be no point in waiting UNLESS they do something else, but hindsight is 20/20. Alas, the set isn't 150 to begin with

    EDIT apparently the set with the screwdrivers was actually 119 with potential for 8.00 quidco too, which is scorching. If you've no need for tools right now, may as well wait and see.

    Is this comparable to Bahco or is that only the Pro line?



    Halfords Advanced is the Pro line. They replaced the 'Professional' name and replaced with 'Advanced' a few years ago. I keep one of these in my boot, nice little kit and hard to resist for a tenner..
