Good price for one of these.

These are pretty decent, have had one for a couple of years too. Managed to pick one up from a BP garage when they had a deal on if you bought so much fuel. Never bought the fuel but the guy sold me one anyway. fiver or a tenner it cost.
Still hot at this price I would say but maybe pop into your local BP en route to Halfrauds just to check.

I just bought a car, so forgive me for this stupid question, but how can you get digital tyres? Surely they are all the same? *feels stupid for asking*

Clearly my lame sense of humour bypassed you there!

I bought one of these at £24.99 just before Xmas as a present for my partner. He hasn't opened the box yet and have receipt so I will take it back. I have reserved the rapid one for collect at store and I will get a £5 refund as well.

Thanks Sanjayshetty!

anyone know how long the cable is on the Rapid one - and what psi/bar it can inflate to?

I'm thinking of making a purcharse for me motorhome, but have to be canny about which power sockets on the van to power it from.

Been down to my local and picked up the rapid one, thanks Sanjay for the post, was looking for a decent one, and was nearly going to resort to the woolworths one that was posted a while back :whistling:
#37
I was going to buy one soon so this just made my mind up - thanks!
#38
will this stay plugged into my cig lighter socket??

I have an ST TDci Mondeo and the old one I have (looks the same) keeps popping out and turning off...very annoying.

Works fine on the wifes Clio though

its a real shame we all have to buy one really.

in most countries you have a compressor at most filling stations, usually its working and more often than not its free. And on top (in some countries eg. the US) a service attendent inflates your tyres and fills your petrol all inclusive of your purchase of fuel.

its such a shame we pay so much money for fuel in the UK, yet some forecourts do not have a air inflator, or have one which is faulty. the filling stations that do have a fully operating one often charge extortionately for the measly two mins use.

Add to this the fact, you have to drive up to the forecourt, which is often out of your way, wait in line and inflate tyres in the rain!

and for this reason iv bought it as well !!!

:)
