Good lord. I'm amazed that anybody buys new release games nowadays. It seems that unless it has Nintendo on the label, it will drop to less than half price within three weeks of release...

Sunset Overdrive has been out 2 months now and was available for £39 at launch. Hardly less than half price within 3 weeks.

He's got a point only a select few games keep their value. I have a massive collection of xbox games and I've paid full price for 2 of them. Just counted got 32 boxed games and a lot on digital. However I have all these games it's a great price!

No, it was free the other weekend...

To clarify, I'm not saying they're bad prices, I'm saying don't buy games on day one for £50-£60.

Free for the weekend. You couldn't play it after the weekend ended.
And anybody who spends £50-60 for a standard edition game on release deserves everything they get. Pretty much every new title can be had for sub-£40 now.

Just because you ignore a comment that doesn't make it go away and nice proof.
