A good price for such a large capacity oven and with a 3 year warranty to boot makes this a cracking deal.
Anyone who has used a halogen oven will know what a versatile quick and healthy way to cook it is.....saves money on normal oven running costs too!
Just in time as my old one "died" last week!!

They're using a quote from HUKD as a testimonial which seems a bit weird to me.

Anyhoo, what's the chances of cooking up a pizza in one of those things?

Pizza's cook sweet, like everything else i got Nu Oven, so be getting one of these too. Hot

12L capacity isn't that great for an oven. Maybe for a halogen it's a decent size, but by the time you put anything on that rack, the capacity will be HUGELY reduced.

you need to buy the extender rings, which turn it into a 16 ltr version

With the free extender ring included this oven has the capacity for a large chicken/small turkey/generous beef joint plus roasties.
If you're in the habit of cooking half a sheep in one go, then this isn't for you!
It's ideal for normal portions and you don't want to waste electricity on your main oven. These things cook far quicker too!

I like the way the Aldi product description quotes HUKD like it was an authortive source! oO
On your bike Which magazine!! X)

My friend uses this at work due to lack of cooking facilities here. It, is, AWESOME.

hi can it be used to reheat food like in a normal microwave?
chicker#13
Having used several of these they are just as good as an oven, if not better. Most of the food contains the moisture better (I find pizza's are nicer dried out though! the only item they do not cook aswell)

Not clear if it has a hinged lid, looks like it lifts of instead which is the downside with this as the lid is slightly heavy and the source of heat and balancing it on the stand they give you is hard.

Good product though and good price

Me like my chicken evenly cooked so Heat added will go for this Thanks !! does anyone know if LIDL will be selling as well ?

Do you think the 3 year warranty would cover the halogen element should it go pop?:|

never knew these things existed but seems like a good product. How is this for consuming energy? We dont have a microwave nor a toaster so use the oven/grill combo for all our cooking. Will look into this to see if we can make use of it.

Does anyone know what make this is please

It'll be a "badged" unknown make probably Delta which is a name Aldi use frequently.
Their 3 year warranty is usually excellent with no quibbles and a full money-back if they cannot fix/replace it!

Me thinks irrelevant, prob all come from same factory in China.

Cooking streaky bacon in one at the mo, yum.
