Bought this last year for my girls & its one of their favourite happyland sets, also reduced down to half price are
Dino Playset was £35 now £17.50
Martian Moon House was £40 now £20
Mobile Moon Base was £15 now £7.50
Circus Set was £20 now £10
There are other sets but they are oos, keep checking though as they often come back in, will have a quick check on mothercare to see if they are on there.

ah I didn't read the thread properly, though you had this price for the fairy treehouse.
Ordered the jubilee set for £2.50 delivered.
