wooden lazy susan can be placed on any table top to save stretching across the table! Simply spin it around to bring the item to you a great item to use for buffets in the house and the garden. It is made from TFT Acacia hardwood and has a diameter of 50cm.

Saw them instore at Swansea, Llansamlet.... Had about 15 on the shelf.
EDIT:(Previously listed as seen in Cardiff but was wrong....I have been everywhere today!)

I am sure it is clearance so not sure if store specific.

Out of stock online and they were selling them reduced at £17.61

Link is to online product so you can see it

What is TFT?

Many thanks, in anticipation of knowledgeable answers, sharp putdowns and alternative acronyms in varying amusement qualities.

Tropical Forest Trust is like fairtrade for wood. Ethical timber if you like.

Bought one a couple of weeks back. Would definitely recommend. When you get it out of box clear all the wood shavings out of the bearings/ runners and then add a few drops of oil and it will run much more freely.

Kids love these too. How fast can it go before the ketchup flies off !!!

When did this become a Lazy Susan, the long established name for it is a Dumb Waiter.
#13

I always though a dumb waiter was the small lift some restaurants use to bring food up from the kitchen.

I've always known it as a Lazy Susan but apparently can be both

Bought one a few weeks back when it was £7 something. The colour was nothing like the picture. Was a dark wood and did not match my table. Took it back.

Got one a couple of weeks back, the centre hole is only ok for standard parasols, the larger wooden types are too big for them. B&Q have one with a larger hole at £9.89 (Was £19.99) if you need a larger hole :-)

Agree with above, it is a lot darker in colour than the picture on box and online

try the b&q one at £9.89 (much lighter in colour)

funnily enough though...the picture on b&q is darker than the actual item !! Should get tesco and b&q to swap images

Why is this expired?? I have been and got one and its great, the hole is plenty big enough for my large wooden parasol, it does look small i admit and i did have my doubts but it fits perfectly fine.
good deal.
thank you

That's right, this is definitely a Lazy Susan. My apologies to any readers called Susan who may be offended by this slur on them, I didin't invent the term.
This would be a good deal if you can get it. If you wanted to make your own the bearing arrangement would cost you this, let alone the cost of the wood.

Online it was coming in at £17.62, go mine instore a couple of weeks ago for £4.89 - it's a canny size. Got bargain extending table and recliner chairs same time as well as other bits - bargain-a-rama!
