I suggest anyone who is disgruntled with the way HK as an Ebay PowerSeller has handled this case use the SNP link above. It is purely a suggestion and not my advice to do so.
You can't suggest someone does something and then go onto say it's not your advice to do so! That makes no sense. It's like saying I suggest you kill someone but I don't advise it - crazy.
And what that link says is what I've already said - you cannot force a seller to sell you an item if they cancel.
You can also leave feedback 7 days after the sale not 7 days after the cancellation.
Like I've said before, you put zero into HUKD'S, zero deals for how many years? Yet you continue to nit pick at my comments, move on please because you are not helping anyone.
What I've put into the site is irrelevant - are you saying that because you've been a member longer and posted some deals that your views are anymore relevant than anyone else's including mine?
Falling back on that is because you are losing the argument.
Okay here's a question for you.
Your a PowerSeller on Ebay as previously stated. Do you think it's fair that as a PowerSeller you can advertise an item as a BIN, take payment from buyer, then 4 days later refund the funds without a valid reason or comms to the said buyer? Furthermore as an Ebay PowerSeller deny the buyer access to leave the seller neutral or negative feedback for 7 days from purchase, is that also fair?
Until I know what has caused the problems I couldn't comment on that - if there has been either a software problem (which is my guess) or a problem with an employee then I would say there's rather a large amount of work to be done to put things right and that takes time.
As for not being able to leave feedback for 7 days what difference does it make whether you leave it after a day or 7 it'll still going be shown for a year afterwards?
I have 5 people that rely on my business to pay their mortgages and while they all do their best they do sometimes make mistakes. Going by your attitude what do I do if they occasionally don't do something right - sack them?
I can tell that you haven't run your own business (which isn't a criticism of you) because your attitude would be vastly different.
And while businesses sometimes don't get it right I've never known one that deliberately tries to alienate it's customers (apart from United Airlines).
Since when should it matter to a buyer what ever problem the seller may have? If a seller makes a mistake and has time to refund, he also has time to attach a generic explanation for the refund, yes or no?
You also seem to like swerving straight forward questions I put to you relating to PowerSellers and deflect it toward what I might do for a living, totally irrelevant. It is common courtesy and a standard practice in business to keep customers (who keep a business in operation and associated employee's) informed if there is a problem fulfilling an order, whether it be a direct or indirect error, end of!
Purely for your benefit, I am a business owner and am absolutely spot on when it comes to expecting and receiving a high quality of service, it goes a long way in life. It takes NOTHING to communicate with people, yet can help appease so many that have issues with unresolved and outstanding issues. It's the unknown that people don't like!
Perhaps put yourself in the position of an innocent buyer for one second, what has the buyer actually done wrong here? He's spent time clarifying his purchase, purchased the product in good faith, than without explanation had his money thrown (not literally) back in his face, how would that make a buyer feel toward that company? It would make most buyers think that company doesnt give two hoots and the customers, the customers who actually keep a business and it's employees in operation.
I've not swerved any of your questions in fact your the one that has swerved mine. Here's the one's in our correspondence you've completely ignored -
I asked you why you suggest someone to do something but then advise then not to do it?
Why does it matter that you can't leave feedback for 7 days when it stays on record for a year after you've left it? What difference is it going to make the situation if you could leave it after one?
Answer the questions instead of just ignoring them or telling me to post a deal like it makes you superior or something.
What has the innocent buyer lost exactly apart from a few days? His arm? Or maybe even a leg? you need to get things in perspective. If you read the post above your last one it looks like the poster has received an apology and an offer of a discount - what would you like the company to do - fall on their swords?
And I'm sorry but I do not believe you run a retail business your whole attitude belies that fact.

Are you saying thats good. I hope not. I have 2558 and only 1 neutral they have 8 neg and 8 neutral but my point being all the negs are of items not received and no comms. The least you can do is inform your customer.

I think people should raise their standards in that case. There's no excuse for negs like this, it shows lack of customer service and care.

keep refreshing I don't know if its a glitch or is it the way stock is programmed but 4 keep appearing every 15-20 minutes
