Pretty good for 6 discs!

Amazon.co.uk Review
You get six films for your money here, as the Harry Potter franchise takes our bespectacled young wizard from his early days at Hogwarts, through to some of his darkest. And it’s wonderful to look back and see just how far the character, and the films, have come.
The weakest Harry Potter films are arguably the first two, but even these are really good family entertainment. Sure, they rely a little too much on the novelty factor, and they lack some of the edge of the later films, but they’re fine in their own right. The cinematic franchise only really kicked firmly into life though with Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, a far darker, visually striking film that sets a tone and course that the subsequent films wisely follow.

Harry Potter and the Goblet Of Fire thus manages to pack a tremendous amount into its running time, before handing things over to the outstanding Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. And this box set then leaves us at the eve of the ultimate showdown in the Harry Potter saga with the brooding Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.

Different people, clearly, have different views on which their favourite Harry Potter film is. But it’s hard to argue that this is a compelling, quality collection of family films, each of which benefits generously from high definition presentation. Expect each disc here to be spun many, many times in the years ahead… --Jon Foster

DVD Description
Follow the first six years of Harry Potter's matriculation at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry with this box set that contains the original video releases of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secets, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, and Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. The films, based on the writings of author J.K. Rowling, chart Harry's progress as he discovers his magical powers, meets his soon-to-be two best friends, learns how to play the school sport, Quidditch, and begins to understand how the forces that killed his parents are still out to do him harm. In the sixth thrilling instalment, Harry returns to Hogwarts for another year of schooling and learns more about the dark past of the boy who grew up to become his arch nemesis, Lord Voldemort. While trying to thwart Voldemort's evil plans and save both the Muggle and wizarding worlds from imminent disaster, Harry is struck by the love bug that seems to be going around Hogwarts. Fortunately, Dumbledore, his trusty mentor, is on hand to prepare him for the monumental battle that's looming ever closer.

Sainsbury's sent one to everyone who ordered EA Sports Active 2 as a gesture of goodwill, as they couldn't honour the mis-priced game

For some reason, now £14.99 on Play. Amazon it is then!

I bought the blu-ray version when it was £18, so £14 for the DVDs isn't that great a deal in my opinion.

So you watched one, and judge all others based on it, great logic.

Just what I was going to say! I hate Colin Firth in Bridget Jones' Diary, so based on that logic the King's Speech (which I haven't seen yet) must be God awful!

Perhaps I should have said watched one all the way thru and have seen some of the others but sends me to sleep and/or hope he will spontaneously combust - awful awful awful, but only imo.......each to their own!!!!

And it would be relatively fair to judge a whole series of fiulms about the same theme on one of them - hardly the same as comparing an actor in a vastly and completelte different role.......Harry Pothead is played by and is the SAME character in all the films......
