i imagine its just the CI add on. to allow haupauge cards to recieve pay tv services.

This is just a card reader and a Setanta card to be used with an existing Win-TV product. HTH

This is a great price for a USB CI reader.

Pitty I cant find it in stock anywhere, I would loved to given it a try with DVBViewer.
