is the mini antenna enough on its own?

I have the Nanostick and the mini antenna that came with it is completely useless.

So, I have it hooked up to an internal aerial instead using a IEC Female to MCX Male Coax adapter. One of these came with the TV stick. However, when I needed a new 1, I had to order it on ebay from China for a couple of quid.

If you have internet just stream most if not all the freeview channels live on here

Unlikely to be as good quality and support recording.

I had bad experience with Hauppauge brand TV tuners. I bought two in the past. I had to return both.

Has this one improved? The software was horrible and it crashed all the time.

Please give me a brief review for this TV stick. Thanks in advance.

Tuner is ok but needs a proper freeview roof aerial feed. Software not very good.

Yup, I've used Zattoo on my netbook, although not for a while, but it worked a treat.
I was a bit worried that I might download a whole lot of trouble, but when the site was featured in ComputerActive, I downloaded it onto my computer with no problems. Very handy for watching progs in WiFi hotspots, etc. Note: only free-to-air channels are available, but there's a fair choice & it is easy to use.
