Can't find a AR1, do you mean AS1? If so top deal, seems as good as, if not better than the RDE10. Hopefully others have or will be offered this deal.
Yes that's what I meant, sorry. Yes it looks really good a nice change from what I've got at home at the moment.
Well worth anyone who's been refunded phoning up & trying to get this. You may beable to argue that they've entered into a contract to supply as they've taken payment (a grey area of the law)
I too got a call saying that they were all gone. Opted for the Horstmann AS1. Came today, works like a dream and easy to fit as well :p
Got mine - replacing a Honeywell (old dial manual, 3 wire type) but it doesnt seem to be operating the boiler - Worcdester 24i - about 8 year old. What have i done wrong?
I had a three wire Honeywell too - In order to get it to work the guy that fitted it had to link L to 2 as per the diagram.
Thanks - but the diagram states "Terminals L-2 Should not be linked"?

Got it working finally! Basically connected L to L, N to N, "Earth" or Input to "2" and linking L to "2" - sorted :-)
