Was sent this in my email this morning from travelzoo, so thought I'd let people know about it.
Myself and 2 others have booked to go to a Haven holiday park in North Wales for 3 nights from 22nd May for £99. You can have as many as 6 people go, but I reckon that'd be a bit cramped. Thought it was a good deal especially as it falls at the start of the holidays for that week. Even myself (as a teacher) needs a bargain break every once in a while. We're staying in comfort apartment, and to be honest for the money you can't go wrong, no matter how bad the accomodation is.
Website says this about locations...
There are plenty of locations to choose from -- the offer includes a large selection of Haven's parks, but at this price, they won't last long, so we recommend you book soon.
Primrose Valley, Yorkshire: by the beach with a pool complex, a climbing wall, a funfair, fishing and boating
Allhallows, Kent: close to London and the Southeast and features a 9-hole golf course, a fishing lake, two heated pools, horse riding and a landscaped park. Its also a great base for day trips to Dover, Rochester, Leeds Castle or Canterbury
Hafan y M?Wales: features sandy beaches and is set against the Snowdonia mountains, offering indoor and outdoor adventure sports, an indoor pool complex, a boating lake and a RopeWorks Adventure Course
Berwick: set by a sheltered beach and nearby the historic town of Berwick-upon-Tweed in Northumberland, the park offers an 18-hole golf course and stunning views of the coastline
Not sure if there are other locatons available, did check a few and they weren't on offer.
Hope this post is useful to some people and if not then no worries. However I do imagine that someone will post and tell me that these places aren't that nice, but I don't care. A break away is always good.
