Great find ! thanks for this ben HOT

Good find!

A couple of the packs only have 1 in I already own. But they clearly had an abundance of certain titles (Ray, Skeleton Key) as they appear in all the packs.

And don't quite do a pack that has all the titles I want in.

Funny how it's sort of the same 6-7 titles in each pack. And unfortunately I have or had most of the others :(

Just ordered myself Set 6 BUT would just raise in case it's happening generally a ONE disc discrepancy!

Ordered list = The Frighteners (Directors Cut), Fast And The Furious, An American Werewolf In London, Twelve Monkeys, Bourne Supremacy, Tremors, Spartacus (uncut), Jarhead, Skeleton Keys, Ray
= the list confirmed in email about the order

Original "Pack 6" offer list = 9 out of 10 the same!
Tremors
Spartacus
Jarhead
Skeleton Key
Ray
Mr Beans Holiday = became Twelve Monkeys in ordered list (= fine by me I made mistake of seeing one Mr Bean film!)
Bourne Supremacy
American Werewolf In London
Fast And The Furious
Frighteners

So MIGHT be other discrepancies or typos and/or substitutions going on in the system ?

Arguably slightly off topic, but where's the cheapest for an xbox hd-dvd drive these days? Still gamestation?
I've had a quick look using the search function, but to no avail.
Never really considered hd-dvd, but I've just got a new telly so might get a player and a few disks if they're cheap enough ;)

good deal if you don't have many of the films, but if youre like me and have hoovered up loads of cheap discs, you'll struggle to find one of these packs that doesn't have 6 or 7 films youve already got in it ;)

Went for pack 3 myself, as i only have 3 of those in it (The Hitcher, Skeleton Key and Jarhead) so gets heat from me!

And yes, there's always one cretin who feels the need to bring bluray into it. Fact of the matter is, even though no new films are coming to HD DVD, there is still a large library of available films out there, and they're dirt cheap.

Just because it's ceased production doesn't mean it's stopped working, so show me where i could get 10 blurays for 12 quid, or stfu!

I really don't understand these people, it's a goddam disc format, how the bleeding hell can you be a fanboy of a certain type of optical media?!?!

I'd also recommend to anyone looking for discs to consider amazon.com, as they have a lot for sale, and unlike normal dvd, will ship to the UK (even some marketplace sellers will too, though i've tended to stick to the ones listed as having their orders fulfilled by amazon to save on postage). I ordered the first season of Battlestar Galactica last week, only cost me £10.64 including P+P!!!

Even though I finally switched from red to blu a few months ago, I will always stand by HD DVD as the better format, its a real shame the way things panned out.

Really? Are you sitting there laughing away in front of your PC? The high Def 1080p won't look any worse because it's 'died'. If you can find a better value way of watching these movies then please, share it with us, otherwise go back to collecting tolls from under that bridge where you live.

Good selection for £12 , keep what you want , sell the rest on AVForums , healthy HD-DVD section there .
#31
Extremely lame that all 6 packs contain the following five films:

Tremors
Spartacus
Jarhead
Skeleton Key
Ray

If I had to pick one of these, it would definitely be pack one.
#32
Ordered 1 & 6 - thanks :)
