I'm sure certain high street electrical retailers would try and sell it for £32.99.....
#8

For Use With HD TV's / Xbox 360 / PS3 /SkyHD etc

Repped, i been using these HDMi cables for holding my trousers up, 1.2m is about the right length, still it also makes a pretty cheap belt, so heat added too

Just ordered one after trying (and failing) to find one in poundland. Also popped into Wilkinson and they wanted 14.99 for one like this.....thieving gits! Thanks OP
#12
Manchester poundland (Arndale) had loads when I was in there last week.

I just bought one as a spare.
#13
Personally i wont look at a HDMI cable unless its over £50 per metre
#14

If its a normal sky+ box i doubt it has HDMI, so i guess a scart will do. If it a HD box then a hdmi lead comes with it (i think) and if not the one here is fine.

i wont look at a hdmi cable because it did the dirt with my wife

Nice baiting ....... you love the HDMI nutter debate as much as me then!!

Unless you really are ****.
#18
The only thing that makes this not worth it is the length of the cable... 1.2m isn't anything and leaves you with very little movement for re-arranging the placement of your "toys" ... Look for a 3-5m... worth buying for a spare tho...

Damn rumbled already :whistling:

the old HDMI cable debate, £2.99 is a decent price but i wouldnt pay more than this for a 1.2mtr cable, there have been loads of tests and comparisons, its only worth spending decent money for a cable over 10 meters,a £50 1mtr cable from comet, will have no improved signal or picture quality than a £1.99 cable from tesco.

voted hot as its from a reliable merchant with excellent customer service and its free delivery
#21
Bought one of these a couple of months ago when the offer was on then. No problems works really well, good value @ £2.99. Just ordered 2 more!
#22
thnx op
i got a 3m cable and it's too long
1.2m is perfect length for ps3 in my bedroom
#23
If you're ordering this to hook a laptop up to a TV, I'd recommend you go for a 5metre one instead. 7dayshop has them for about a fiver, I believe. It's one of those situations where it's very handy to have that extra bit of length.
#24
COLD,the quality of these will be rubbish, you pay for what you get, below is the best hdmi cable you can get but be quick, they are selling fast and only one left in stock!!!

Maybe i should post it as a deal, what you think?

Those that get sucked in by the whopping 10.2GB per second transfer rate, wow, 50 GB on a Blu Ray disk maximum and I can get to view it all in 5 seconds lol.

£1.51 - 1.8m - in amazon's (hidden) daily deals.
I have bought two and they are both perfect.

Was never worth £32.99, but £3 is decent for a 1.2m gold plated HDMI cable
#30
Amazing deal, but only because it is gold plated. If it's not gold, it's not worth buying.

That is 10.2 GigiBITS per second, not 10.2 Gigabytes.
