+ £3.99 delivery, so £9.99 delivered or obviously no delivery cost if you buy in store.

Dont expect to get pro performance from these but probably fine for casual users/ walking to work over winter/ festivals etc.

I got these the last time they were on for this price. I just wanted a pair for walking the dog, no trekking up mountains or long hikes, and they are fine for that. The sizes run a little big so my 9 feels more like 9.5 or even 10 however that's OK as you would probably want to wear thick socks, and the insides don't rub against your feet when you are walking. The RRP is truly laughable (as with all Sports Direct stuff) but the shoes are great for the price, especially if you pick them up in store. One caveat, the mesh upper section that runs over the toe and alongside the laces will let in moisture if you walk through deep puddles or long wet grass. Oh and by the way, if you buy online with delivery they usually include an absolutely massive Sports Direct branded mug as a free gift.

Went down to sportsdirect after seeing this deal this morning and left without buying them. I agree with SFJnet in everything he said as far as just wanting something for walking the dog etc, but that is not what I was looking for. If you are looking for a £70 pair of boots for £6 please be aware thats not what these are. For just knocking about in though they are fine, the price is great, and they are cheaper and better quality than the cheap one's that you would pick up in Lidl/Aldi etc, + they are a named brand. Just saying don't expect too much.

cheers ordered a pair for travelling to work

i bought these a few weeks ago for £12 and thought that was cheap. Comfy shoes and i used them for work (postie) which was a real test. Not too grippy though and not at all waterproof.
for £6 they are great.

I agree with some of those comments. I went to the store to buy some 'cause they looked great, but didn't buy them cause they don't look like they would last very long at all. They do look very nice, but am surprised at the poor quality from what I thought was a leading name brand. I guess I am being very critical for a very cheap pair of shoes, but they don't really look fit for purpose.

I was suprised too at the low quality head is producing these days although that opinion is only based on this particular product. They really are great though for the price and just to reiterate my comment from earlier they are worth £6 and some more, just don't buy them if you are expecting some boots that would cost £69.99, as SFJnet said earlier, the RRP is laughable.

Great value but beware the sizing - I order 3 separate pairs from SportsDirect using the standard drop-down menu and each pair arrived a size smaller. I.e I chose 'Size 12' from the menu, and the email order confirmation says 'Size 12' but when I check the actual label inside the shoes they are size 11.

I could understand a mix-up happening once, but on 3 separate occasions?
