'Just look for the sunflower'

Is that for range with all the "bad stuff" removed. I always find the "Finest" and "Best of" ranges taste bloody awful compared to the cheaper meals. Don't know what they do to them!

I find Marks food poor in general nowadays, don't know how people fall for their ridiculous made up prices.Nothing cooked fresh, shop full of average overpriced ready meals. literally 2/3 I like in there.

I'm surprised their "eat well" range is still going. Tried a few dishes from it and its like eating their normal dishes, but with all flavour and richness extracted, so all pretty dire stuff imho.

I often buy their 3 for £10 fresh meat and find it better quality than some of the main stream supermarkets for a similar price. I'm hoping the sunflower is on the fresh chicken and fish as opposed to their ready meals as generally I'm not a fan of them from anywhere.

Is it worth getting a Sparks card? Do you save up points?

You save up points yes but point =! profit in the traditional sense. Instead more points unlocks the ability to add more offers onto your card (such as the one featured in this post) and some other gimmicks like a chance to go to an M&S fashion day. You do get rewarded for loyalty though, my mum who's a regular shopper at M&S gets either £5 or £10 off for her birthday and she got a free breakfast a couple of months ago. -an M&S employee.

The sunflower is on a lot of stuff I got, easy peelers, apples, soup, chicken breasts, dusted haddock, skimmed milk, plus some of these are also on a multi-buy too, these are the stuff I tend to usually buy so it was a saving for me :)
