Noticed they've got the combination folding ladder at 1/2 price too. Anyone have experience of them ? Sturdy etc ?
#5
Great price - heat added - thanks;-)
My only comment would be that it is steel - bit heavy for the professional moving it around all day - but for DIY what a price......

I bought the combination ladder about 6 months ago @ £49.99. Very good - sturdy and strong. Equivalent ladder in other places is between £79 and £99 and this one comes with the platform stands.

Well spotted amibees. My missus has been looking for one of these for a while as she left her last one at a previous job. Voted hot.

Ordered one thx :)

These are sturdy but HEAVY.

You won't want to cart this up & down the stairs too many times.

Heavy duty they may be but Ali is the preferred choice of material. Pay a bit more for something more convenient, especially if you are of the fairer sex. (Or a wimp!!)

cheers ordered

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you can buy these at Costco for a similar price all year round.

Good buy if you can actually get one. I'm just off phone this morning to their Customer Service ???? yet again, trying to find out what the hold up is with mine. 1st ordered 4th March for delivery by 7th. Phoned for 2nd time on 17th as still no show. Was told item "lost in transit" whilst with Parcelnet couriers, and replacement ordered for delivery by 25th. Guess what ?.....still no show. Phoned for 4th time this morning only to be told "lost in transit" whilst with Parcelnet. I cancelled after being told that same thing may happen again. Poor show Woolies.

Mine came today and its just what I was hoping for :) They have same sort of thing in wickes but its £5 more and not as long.
I bought this as more of a portable work bench than a hop up, will cover mine with 18mm MDF :)
