Not really good deal. No difference between 'Move' edition and original as an update will be provided to existing owners to 'enable' it into a move edition.

Considering Heavy Rain was only posted couple of days back for £15 from Morrisons, this is not really a good deal. Morrisons may have sold out but if someone is desperate for this game I would suggest Computer Exchange,it's only £20 and also available online for that price at their website.

Move edition includes the dlc, some themes and making of videos so not exactly the same. Rrp for move edition is 29.99 I believe so id expect to see more prices around this level but deal for now at least.

Not sure how anywhere can sell this for £34.89 when the Official Playstation Blog says that it is £29.99 and I'd expect this to be the RRP. It also highlights what's included in this over the original. I would expect £24.99 to be the normal price for most online retailers though.

I'll grab this when it is almost guaranteed to hit £20 and below after christmas. I've got so many other games piled up unopened at the moment :)

doesn't the move edition contain extra content that's not included in the free download? I'm sure I read somewhere it's 45+mins worth ...

edit: yes, move edition has extra content - check here

It's a disgrace that those who have already forked out for the original can't get the entire updated content free.

The worst of it is, they only do it because they can - as they know there will be enough idiots who end up buying both!

why is it a disgrace?

if you bought a car, then in a few months they brought out a new version with a few added extras, would you expect the manufacturer to give you the extras for free?

you'll no doubt want the move controllers and cameras for nothing as well :p

It also includes the Taxidermist DLC previously included in the limited edition.

You can get it on PS store but i dont know how much it costs :p

i think most download contents a pisstake too , fair enough if its been out a while but like assassins creed 2 came missing 2 levels and the street fighter games had download content out on psn a day before the game was actually out , resident evils multi player was another one

like i said something that breathes new life into an old game is fine but most dlc is just a rip off and should have been included in the original game

Yes Assassins Creed really took the biscuit for me and turned me off DLC's. Anytime I see "DLC" now I just pass on it and say no thanks.

If you have the original, the DLC's should be free, not another expense.

It is basically a company releasing (what they see as) an unfinished game. And then they make the punters who already own it feel like they've got an inferior product when the super duper DLC's become available later on. Hence why I don't and won't pay for them - I can live without them.

Even if the game is so amazing you just have to have it, I am always now more inclined to wait in case a "Super duper edition" or "Game of the Decade" version of the same thing is released years down the line.

The whole thing is a money-making scandal, unfortunately those who are paying for the DLC's are only fuelling the developers habits of doing it this way, rather than saying, no thanks I'll wait until the game is finished completely.

Not a DLC, but as an example, how many millions did "Gran Turismo 5 Prologue" sell? Quite a lot from what I remember.

When it was released I went into my local Game store and they were trying their very best to promote it and flog it to me but when I surprised them by asking too many questions and them admitting that it wasn't even the full/finished product, they actually got embarrassed about it.

Shock horror. But this is how it SHOULD be. SONY should be the ones who are bloody embarrassed. But they have no shame because all they see is the $.

Of course not, those are "new" products and and as such should be paid for. The same goes for any "New" Move games that are released, I will gladly pay for those if I want them and they're good.

But if it transpires that Sony will be releasing "Move" editions or paid update "Move" versions for older games, well that is just another joke and I personally won't be partaking and am sure in that case I won't be the only one.

In time though it will all come back and bite Sony on the a$$ if they don't treat their customers right, but it seems at the moment that they are treating their customers like a bunch of sheep who they think will blindly fork out for anything. All of the customers won't be blind forever though.

The only decent DLC I found to be Grand Theft Auto ones
