They are a 2 pack wrapped in a plastic cover.

RRP in Sainsburys £2.60 for a 4 pack so still good value
#2
So is it a 2 or 4 pack?
#3
Good question Caz!
#4
I've seen a 2-pack in Netto (89p), Not cheap.

Beans are extortionate these days, only worth buying when on offer, Is this really a £1 for 4 deal?

Heinz seem to taste the best unless others know different.

I've been eating Branston for a while now but TBH if I were to blind taste those and Heinz I don't think I'd know the difference.

Well to start with branston beans are soft and the sauce is rich and thick Heinz is the total opposite and really bland in comparison

I can only eat them from the fridge so the sauce is always pretty thick which is probably why I don't notice difference. Think the sauce thins out on heating if I remember.

Why am I talking about viscosity or consistency of baked beans at this time of night .....I need my bed :)

We're well into who likes which beans and still nobody has answered the question of whether it is 2 or 4 tins!
#11
Branston beans? Yuk. Banston pickle...yuk (although stangely I used to love it with just about anything!)

Beanz meanz heinz. Although Sainbury's are pretty good. Tesco beans...yuk.

IMO!
#12
Is there an incredibly short shelf life?
#13
I did try the Branston beans when they first launched, I didn't like them so much. Prefer Heinz, which is the market leader, so they can't taste that bad, can they?
#14
Is it two tins or four :D

so you like hard beans and a watery sauce?oO

Which agrees with me & thousands others, Heinz was the market leader but not anymore:-

#25
I am pretty sure it is 2 tins for £1 at Poundland.
Don't seem that long ago since you could pick up 6 tins for a quid.... :(

I find heinz beans are quite bland with a thin weak sauce, have to tried the Lidl own brand? Tasty with a rich tomato sauce
#29
notice how the OP hasn't been back on the thread to specify if it's a 2pack or 4pack!
