  Well prior to being cooked and canned Pinto has a higher level of omega 3, less calcium, more magnesium. So variety never hurts. Post cooking **** knows mind.
  
  Much prefer Branston for taste and that that they're British.

  no, they are horrible. loads of people bought these on holiday thinking they were baked beans. the club reps ended up with cupboard fullo f them cos no-one liked them.
