Saw this in Comet Worcester Blackpole today, they had 2 in stock, not sure what stock is like anywhere else as it's not online.

Do they have any other DJ controllers? Is this deal nationwide?

Only these in the store I went in.

Not sure what other stores may have.

The product code on this looks like it's
    4780583
    and is described as
    Hercules DJ Decks
    Hadouken!
You'll still need to buy a soundcard to 'mix' with this unless you already have 2 outputs.
One for your headphones, one for your speakers. Splitters just won't cut it....

This is fine as a toy - nothing more. Good price to knock around with.

Oh man.. cool little device to play with but other than that.. Virtual DJ is wack as well. Traktor FTW!
    Hadouken!
If the budget is available and you're serious, you would be better off investing in Traktor S2 controller - of which the soundcard/software all comes with it. That is a much more intuitive and resourceful area to learn about DJing at a semi-pro level.

    Understandably - it's not £26 though....

Does anyone know whether you could use this controller with Djay on ipad? Was thinking to connect it through camera connection kit? I just found a video of someone using it with Djay on a Mac so wondered whether you could copy across the midi map file to a jailbroken ipad?

I actually picked one up the other day (even though originally I didn't intend to).
I was just going to use it as a cheap controller in Sony Acid/Vegas but as an actually DJ Controller it's quite nice.

It's a little bit on the plastic side but the actual buttons & dials feel really nice to use.
And although Virtual DJ isn't great, it's more than usable, especially as the controller is already so well mapped to the software.

    I'm quite impressed for £26.

I used the following software for very basic mixing and it worked well, especially the auto DJ function.

Its FREE and has integration to these USB controllers. However I just used a mouse and a net book!

    Hope this helps someone!

Paid £90 for this back in February. Great controller, not had any problems with it whatsoever since Feb, would recommend to any people looking to start DJ'ing as this is very basic and simple to use and get used to.

I picked one of these up, was dubious about there not being a pitch fader and it having a knob instead but it works really well (for £26 anyway)

PS there is one left instock at the comet in rugby
