Reviews suggest it takes a bit of setting up. But its a good price and should keep me busy for a bit.

Description

At last - a solution that enables users to connect computers that are located beyond their router's range to the Internet, over a wireless connection!

WiFi Extender unit enabling users to extend their network to computers that are located too far away.

Precisely replicates the WiFi network: it connects to the router's or modem router's WiFi network and extends it further.

Once set up, the WiFi Extender offers seamless WiFi coverage for users within their home. It relays the router's WiFi network without altering it (identical network name and safety key). Computers automatically connect to the closest access point (either to the router, either to the Extender).

just remember your router will need to support WDS to use this as an extender/relay my sky router desn't which is why i use my old dg834g via ethernet cable to do the relaying :)

I'm not so sure it uses wds to connect with the main router. But as I'm no expert I will have to wait and see.

No price or buy button ... expired?

Mine arrived today and I've got it set up.

Its doesn't use WDS and no changes need to be made to the main router.

Bad bits -
1, Set disk crashes and manual is crap so you have to go to 192.168.1.254 from there set-up is easy.

2, Power supply is for Europe so needs an adapter fitting. Even then the power supply falls out as its heavy.
