Awful courier. Failed to collect numerous times.
Now use Royal Mail & UPS.

To be honest I've found them reasonably good.

Drop off at a Parcelshop for collection that day and they are generally delivered within 2 days unless It's NI :)

Genuinely one of the worst couriers. Just the other day they couldn't find my address and said they tried to attempt a delivery 3 times and returned to seller? So not much chance they would collect if they can't even deliver.

DPD are the best. Or use UPS/RM/FedEx.

Same here....worst company, using underpaid couriers which they don't employ directly...they get paid just once even if they attempt to deliver three times...no wonder they don't bother even trying to deliver...

So did I. At first. But wait until you find your collection courier not turning up on the day in question, and despite you knowing that the courier in question always collects in the morning, Hermes tell you that you have to wait until 8pm - by which time they are closed... then repeat for 3/4 days in a row.

Or when your customer's parcel gets put under their car, whilst they were away for the day, with no card to forewarn this & they get back, take the car out somewhere & promptly smash the said item.

You'll soon look elsewhere. Anywhere but Yodel obviously.

That's a well known problem the courier not turning up if they are too busy etc people are always complaining about that, you have far fewer problems with a Parcelshop, the only problem that happens with a shop every now and again is the PDA hand held thing not working.

I choose to have parcels collected as it suits my working week. It is factored into my costs.

If a company offers a particular service and you purchase that service, then it should be provided.

No ifs, no buts.

Indeed, but the couriers are self employed and a law unto themselves unfortunately, courier collection is quite unreliable so I choose not to use that service but the Parcelshops are brilliant so at the moment I have no need to look elsewhere.

Each to their own and all that. :D

Awful service.

Code works, don't know why its being downvoted. I have used them for nearly 10years and only had one problem which they paid out ok.
