yes, it is a usb stick. they call it a "flash drive" to be fancy i suppose

it will store your files: word processing documents,videos,music ect..

Well read\write speed is quoted as 30\9MB...Which is faster than the 12x DVD in an xbox for reads even at it's fastest speed in the outer edge of the disc an xbox would only read around 17MB or less and write speed is irrelevent anyway not that it's bad.

and about twice the size even though its pretty small
