I've been waiting since Feb 2007 for HP to pay thru Quidco on a laser printer....Quidco paid this year themselves as part of their "clean up" of old outstanding payments...

HP...don't bank on it paying out.
Hewlett-Packard and qudico are a con. i made 3 attempts to buy a monitor. all 3 times declined. i used my credit card and a debit card. Declined for bullsh*t reasons. 1st time because i did not use list a house phone number. So added it and re order with debit card. declined, why they can not say. billing address same as delivery address. ok third time re registered checked all details exactly used debit card. Declined. Third excuss was because i used a hotmail email address, well Apple has no problems when i spend £1200, john lewis has no problems when i buy £700 tv. Hewlett-Packard have a problem for a £388 monitor.

Solution you have to do a bank transfer and then you get no quidco and they save £31. What choice did i have, now quidco statment Hewlett-Packard declined.

They do not want to pay out.

So quidco and Hewlett-Packard do not work. My experience anyway.

Not my experience: HP paid out via Quidco no problem for a credit card payment of well over £500.

Every company sets their own metrics to eliminate fraud. I'm willing to bet that a lot of fraidulent applications use hotmail or other webmail addresses. If HP sets the bar a bit lower than John Lewis & catches a few more false positives (like yourself) then that's their descision as a business. Try not to take it personally!
just to let you know the 10% code still works, bought ink today and it worked :)
