I have used them a few times (mainly for memory cards) They are a reputable supplier (in my experience). Delivery can be a little slow - but as this item will be sent Special delivery that doesn't look like it will be an issue.

No doubt. But I have experience of great deals and the company taking my money, not sending the product and not refunding me. If you pay by credit card you should be covered. Your gamble.

I've bought from there a couple of times, seem to be quite good and they are quite well known too. As for the laptop, seems like an ok deal but i cant believe they're still shipping laptops with the geforce 8400 gs... I bought my laptop back in January with that card and it was just the generic gfx card, nothing special.

I have used them often. usually for blank media, memory etc, nothing too expensive other than bought a few cameras for work. ( about 300 quid)

No problems so far. Had to return only once (my error - ordered wrong) and took back no probs.

Good retailer I'd say. Can't comment on the deal - don't know enuf..:whistling:

II’ve bought lots of stuff from here such as memory cards, blank media and a couple of cameras , always been very good so far.

Don’t know much about this particular product though.

If i am paying £700 for a laptop i want it to be the best it can be for that price and this machine is not that at all. You might say to some that graphics don't matter and a bigger screen yuk but to some these things do matter.

The graphics on this machine are way out of date and are bearly better than onborard graphics, my machine has nvidia 9600m GT which if you look it up you would see there is a world of difference between the 2. Screen size is personal choice i guess. my machine also has a blu-ray player in it as well.

my point is this machine is really not that good for the money why not buy this and save yourself £300 http://www.ebuyer.com/product/149335. The machine is still a hp, still has 4gb of ram, same operating system, same optical drive, pretty much the same everything apart fromm HDD and processor but you could buy 500gb external drive and still have £250 left over and can this machine really warrant an extra £250 price tag for a better processor? simple answer is no

my machine cost £675 becuase it had a better graphics card that cost alot of money, it had a blu-ray drive which are still stupidly costly and it had a bigger screen which are bound to cost more. This machine costs £699 because it has a fancy case

You can still get far better deals than this machine hp. http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/-/654/861/-/5890835/Hewlett-Packard-Pavilion-DV7-1000EA-Core-2-Duo-P7350-2GHz-4GB-320GB-17-Blu-Ray-Vista-Home-Premium-Laptop-Notebook-Includes-100/Product.html?searchtype=genre

that comes to £631.45 with plays 5% vocuher and hps £100 cash back, tell me that is not a better machine for the money

If you actully read my post as well i pointed out that the processor was worse, as i mearly pointing out with that machine that there is not a £300 difference in the hardware of the two machines. and if i was you i would not shout about the graphics of this machine. nvidia 8400gs m preforms only silightly and when i say slightly i mean slightly (hardly anything between them at all) better than the onboard graphics of the cheap hp machine
