IBM used to joint make these Hitachi Hard Drives for Hitachi Laptops from back the Day ..... so these Drives have hardcore/rock solid IBM Technology intertwined within them still ..... :-)

Maybe I am a "special" customer for BT :)

Your original Email Deal Browser 'Cookies' could have plenty to do with this still ..... lol.

No - my target price is less than £25 per TB - other than that I don't consider it a deal.

I wasnt aware that Hitachi Drives weee now Western Digital Drives? .. i've learnt something new Today ..... lol.

Sort of. Western Digital bought Hitachi Global Storage Technologies but then sold some of the assets to Toshiba who had previously purchased Fujitsu's hard drive business. Western Digital continue to sell HGST branded drives in competition with their own brand and against (some) Toshiba products which are made with ex-Hitachi technology :{

You don't have to put it in the coupon box that appears in checkout, simply enter that code in the search box on the home screen!

amour3k - are you interested in buying this deal or just trashing it?

£2.49 for delivery

Makes it £102 - still prefer this to the 4tb seagate from amazon. Last week dabs had this touro drive for £99 delivered. I'm sure prices will fall further in coming weeks

You forget mighty quick .. I was the one that told you to LEAVE your Deal there to begin with remember? (when you yourself said you were blatantly gonna trash your own Deal in the first place?).

With that HUKD supplied Code I was pointing out what I assumed to be the 'obvious' (eg. Code NOT work?), I was wrong, as I clearly put it in WRONG place, as I was clearly 'unaware' (i'm sure i'm not the first who's had such 'technical issues'?, & needless to say will I be the last too?) .. the way I see it via my slightly inquisitive nature Number 1 you've now got a bullet-proof Deal Posting (which is now sweeeeeeeter if the £10 Code works) .. & Number 2 (in-line with Number 1) i've also ironed out all such/potential 'technical errors' from other such 'Deal Hunters' (like myself) from potentially falling foul to missing out on the extra tenner off of YOUR Deal (& not MY Deal) at the end of the Day ..... (something which no one could honestly really dispute needed 'checking' right?), yes?.

Everyone has benefitted off of everyones input on your Posting at the end of the Day? .. so the way I see it .. theres no problem ..... :-)

Hopefully verrrrrryyyyyyyy soon?!.

As this 5TB Seagate Drive:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00JV1YQY0/

(eg. only 1TB more the the Drive you've mentioned above, & ironically from the same Retailer too?) .. is considerably more money for the extra 1TB its offering up .....
