Hi first deal so hopefully people will like it.

RRP is £400
62% discount.

I just reserved this tent. It has excellent reviews and I don't think you'll find it cheaper anywhere else. It's £149.99 but you require a DISCOUNT CARD which costs £5 to get it for this price but a lot of people will already have this card anyway – especially if you're already into camping. The discount card can be purchased at the same time as you reserve the tent online and the card lasts a year.

Review of the tent… http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/tents/p/Hi-Gear-Zenobia/1003

If you like camping or want to get into camping then this is for you. Also, the Daily Mail are doing a pitch for £2 if you collect 3 vouchers.

How is this not a hot deal?

Because the likes of Lidl and Aldi do perfectly good ones cheaper every now and again? (not voted hot or cold myself, as i dont know enough about tents but just suggesting).
We've been watching this tent at Go Outdoors off and on for about a year and missed out the last time it came down to £150. It's been retailing around £200+ mark, so I'd say it's a pretty good deal.
Last night Go Outdoors had it for £200 which I thought was pretty good but this morning it reduced by a further £50 so I think it then became a really good deal.

I don't know anything about the ALDI and LIDL tents but I do know this tent has very good reviews.
I've had this tent for a couple of years now (In Green) and really can not fault it. plenty of space and its versatile as you can leave one of the pods out making it a 3 man tent with a very large living area.
It's a decent tent but you can find comparable ones for near enough to the same price.

Hi Josh. Thanks for that comment, it's good to know. But it would be good if you could post up the comparable tent. I have attached a substantial review of this tent too so for it to be comparable it would need to have a comparable review.

How does it compare to this one Tesco 6 Person Vis a Vis Tent

It has excellent reviews and I don't think you'll find it cheaper anywhere else.

I doubt you would find it cheaper 'anywhere' else as Hi Gear stuff is Go Outdoors own brand.
I would not buy the tesco tent load crap my freind had it no good We have this tent in a 10 man excellent tent

I think you could be right there :D

I meant as a comparable tent. I know there are cheaper options out there, but this is a very good tent, reduced significantly. Personally I think for the type of tent, you can't go wrong here.

The Tesco one is quite a bit smaller and it doesn't tell you any details about it. The reviews are favourable but don't compare to the reviews for this tent.

I'm not trying to sell people this tent, I'm just letting people know there's a good deal on it, so if they're in the market for something of this ilk then they may be able to get a hot deal.

Most HoGear tents are simply re-branded Gellert tents.

what going_digital said......except for HiGear (no HoGear!!).....the Zenobia 6 is basically a rebranded Gelert Horizon 6, same foootprint, same carpet and same porch will fit either too.
I've had a zenobia 6 for the past couple of years and have to agree with the reviews, great tent and good price here too...

Yes they are just Gelert rebranded... Reasonable quality and when they are on offer I dont think you will get the same quality by another brand any cheaper.... Heat added

Hi Gear Zenobia 6 = Gelert Horizon 6
Hi Gear Gobi 4 = Gelert Ottawa 4

So you can compare prices, the main thing is accessories like, footprints and carpets are often cheaper from places other than go outdoors.

Looks an all round good deal to me. Hot.
hi anyone have a zenobia 6 side porch in green for sale
I have pretty much stopped posting deals on this site because to many idiots feel a need to put down as cold things they know little or nothing about. This deal is a case in point. It is a good deal and should be much hotter than it is. Hi Gear like Gelert (it's clone sister) are like the Ford or Vauxhall of tents. They are not class leaders, they are not the best quality and they are not particularly innovative. what they are is decent value for money and cover all the bases for modern campers. They are a division above Aldi, Lidl, Argos & Regatta and should not be compared to these brands for a start most of Hi Gears family tents have a sown in ground sheet which adds a lot to the comfort level of the tent. Price wise never buy a Hi Gear product until it is at least 40% off Go Outdoors are like DFS when it comes to pricing. Full retail price never really happens. When it gets to 50% it is a proper bargain. Items can be as much as 70% off at times though.
