Best source of info is filesharefreak's website. They do reviews etc and ask good questions.

note: the pureVPN offer is actually for 2 years (1 + 1 free) at $2.08 per month, $49.95 total (cheaper than Geemac's signup)
£7.00 cheaper but PureVPN do state clearly that they will never release any information about your account usage unless they are required to by law-enforcement personnel. It’s important to note, however, that this isn’t a “zero logging” service, so those who (for whatever reason) prefer to use a totally confidential service will need to find a different provider.
interesting. https://www.purevpn.com/router-vpn.php , final feature in list, no log policy.
anyway, no torrents or highly illegal activities from me, just want to watch iplayer and have a safer browsing environment when on my windows pc or phone, so price if quite good on the pureVPN offer (plus 5 device login).
as i missed out on the cyberghost xmas offer, i may as well.

Good to know they don't keep logs, I read 2 reviews which said they do keep logs. PIA also has 5 device login.

Would this be OK for OpenELEC? Someone told me about VPN sometime back and I promptly forgot. With Sky at the mo and they are blocking nearly everything. The only one that works for me is Genesis.

When doing my research I also found HMA holds those records for 90 days or longer.
PIA users - are you experiencing the same as me at the mo? Needing to complete capatchas to access places like extratorrent and keep2share. Some ad popups saying "Anonymous proxy detected" then some blurb about about showing adverts.
Yes sometimes, not always.
Urgh. For the first few months I got nothing like this. Sounding a bit like the PIA client is falling behind general internet advancements and is being 'seen'.
