  I would definitely not buy these again or recommend them. The smell of them is awful and stays on your hands and they do not look anything like the picture advertised. The finish on them was lumpy, amateurish and mismatched. We also received in the package offcuts from the balls.

  I'd be concerned as to what is 'in' this product.

  i suppose you always get a bad review ........... also i suppose it depends who you bought them off - the review you mention says its from a purchase made from ' Partyrama ' ............. maybe its different depending on the seller.
  
  Amazon could do with splitting the reviews by seller to make it more transparent.

  These are great little bouncy balls - a little smaller than the usual size you find (or that I have seen) in gift and toy shops.
  I wanted them for party bag fillers and for that they are perfect.
  
  They came packed in a jiffy bag and in a range of colours, some were two-tone, others had a marble effect. Quite a good variety.
  At little over 10p a ball they are great value for money, even if one or two get lost.
  I will say that, yes, they do have that plasticy smell at first so don't store near foods (birthday cake slices) at least not for too long.
  
  They were a big hit with all the children and I came back to purchase more.

  That's weird, it was only yesterday I was only thinking about getting some.
  I was thinking about getting some to help goalie training for ice hockey.

  I wasn't referring to the review per se. A different seller may have a different product, my concern was and still is with what is in the product/if it is leaching toxins especially so when it is a product that is being handled by children.
