Basically the Curtis Blu-Ray player from Currys. Good alternative source, if Currys have run out of them.

Beware the poor Aldi CS.

Sorry but this is in no way hot.

Currys sold it for at least 2-3 weeks at £49.99 before dropping to £39.99. There is very limited stock admittedly, but its still less than half price just a few days back.

Tesco, Currys and PC World all sold the Panasonic BD35 for £99.99 which is profile 2 compliment, and gets awesome reviews.

Currys and PC World also sold an exceptionally good Sony player for £99.99

Richer Sounds sell the Sony player for £139.99.

So basically... how on earth has this reached +40%?

Thanks for postiing, but no.

'cause we're a sloppy bunch. Many thanks for your comments I'm looking for a cheap blu-Ray - but I guess not this one.

Which of those come with a 3 year warranty?

I picked up one of the Curtis (AKA Tevion) blu ray players from Currys the other week for £40. It's got profile 1.1 and the picture is great and it came with 1 year guarantee. However it's definately not worth £119.99, I wouldn't pay any more than £60.

is that a joke?

Which one needs it? Hmm?

Seriously, come off it.
