Citrus or berry in stock, cheapest price I found elsewhere is about £3.50 a tube. Chance to stock up, if you order enough you can also get £5 off £25 order via Quidco (new Discount Supplements customers only, £1.50 for existing).

Sorry, should have said. Its via Quidco, £5 for new customers, £1.50 for existing, on £25 spend.... Otherwise it's a massive 1p cashback.

great price

Weird how you can post something and it takes ages to gain heat.... Then if/when it hits 100 the votes come rolling in... Seems that a lot of people only ever look at the hot list. Chances are they're missing some great deals along the way!

Thanks
Ordered 4 :)

Cheers - ordered these last weekend :)

Is it me, or does the 1 tablet per 750ml of water make rather a weak tasting solution ?

I use 1.5 tabs and it's just right for me.

Ordered 12 so about a years supply of energy drinks for £25 after the quidco.

Berry tastes the best and I mix 2 tabs in the 750mls which tastes just right!

A pharmacist told me these things have barely any vit c in them due to the heat processes used in their proxuction.

Not a cylist but if you feel tired half way through high intensity training, would taking this help improve your energy?

I think it's more to help keep an electrolyte balance as some can be lost in sweat and keeping a nice balance can prevent cramping although it does claim to help reduce tiredness and fatigue,.

Simply not true, unless you're having a very leisurely gently cycle.

If you're racing, repeat hill climbing or really going for it' you'll run out of glycogen after around half an hour. I thoroughly reccomend and use these hydration tablets, and take a gel about every half hour. As for a previous post that referred to these as "Energy Drinks", they contain absolutely zero energy (calories) , hence the name.

I usually do about 1 1/2 hours hard cardio at the gym three times a week and only ever drink water, never felt I needed anything else.

Excellent deal. £6.56 cash back for new customers from TCB!

My TCB tracked at 78p, and I'm a new customer was wondering whether this will be later adjusted? Or did I do something wrong?

No need for gels as 6 jelly babies = 1 gel and are a damn sight cheaper and nicer to eat.

I do 2 x 2/3hr balls out (hill and flat) and 1 x 5-6hr good tempo per week and I'm certainly needing something more than water. The amount of electrolytes lost can't be replaced by water alone and you'd end up feel weak as a kitten and/or cramping up.
