A fair deal, but top notch whiskies are always on offer in the supermarkets and Amazon. You'd be mad to ever pay full price for any of them I think! I like a Laphroaig, so always keep an eye out for offers and stock up. If ever I run out and there are no offers on Laphroaig, then its a good opportunity to try one of the others that are on offer. :)

I switched to Highland Park once Bells stopped producing their excellent 12 year old single malt Inchgower.

They still produce one that is 14 years old so how they can make one that is 14 years, which I do not like at all, without it being 12 years old two years earlier is beyond me oO

Or how, even when you could still buy both at the same time many years ago, they could taste so different to each other. They must have been bottled in different places using a different water to make them so different. :(

Agreed! Camelcamelcamel is brilliant for setting realistic price targets for your favorites. Always get Laphroaig 10 for around £25. Was earlier today.

There's no comparison in taste between Highland Park and Laphroaig, they are almost like different spirits as Laphroaig is, like most Islay malts, very peaty whereas Highland Park is much lighter and more delicate.

I do enjoy a HP, and it is excellent value at £25. Mind you, it is available for most of the year at this price.

Would always recommend this at £25. Very very nice. Like others have said you can usually get for £25 somewhere. £35 is the overprice so it looks like its real price of £25 is a discount.
